Below the planner you’ll find recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Click the refresh buttons until we serve up something that tickles your taste buds, and then add it to your meal planner using the Planner + button.

Step 1 :You can use the Meal Planner without logging in, but your plan will not be saved. Please login or create an account to access the full version of the Meal Planner.
Step 2 :Use our handy function to set your meal budget below.
Step 3 :Search for your favourite ingredients, recipes or meal types in the search bar below or browse our list of tasty recipe ideas.
Step 4 :When you've spotted a recipe that you like, click the 'Planner +' button to match the recipe to your chosen meal and day on your planner.
Step 5 :Top tip! You don't need to fill out every single meal for the week, just pick and choose which you want.
Step 6 :When you’re happy with your planner you can view a shopping list of ingredients for every meal you’ve chosen – View Shopping List. Email the list to yourself or print a copy to make your trip to the shops even easier!
