  • 5 Potatoes, Medium Sized (425g)
  • 2 Vegetable Stock Cubes, Reduced Salt (14g)
  • Water (1.2L)
  • 1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper (1g)

  1. Wash the leeks and potatoes and peel the potatoes.

  2. Chop them into bite size pieces.

  3. Dissolve the stock cubes in the water.

  4. Put the chopped vegetables into a large saucepan with the stock and bring to boil.

  5. Reduce the heat, season with pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.

  6. Serve hot.
