  • 1 Pot Low Fat Plain Yoghurt, (Medium) (200g)
  • ½ Cucumber (200g)
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice (10g)
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried or Fresh Mint (1g)
  • 1 Green Chilli, (Optional) (40g)
  • 16 Breadsticks (80g)

Method

1. Grate the cucumber onto a clean tea towel then squeeze out any excess water.

2. In a bowl mix the cucumber, yoghurt, lemon juice, mint and chilli if using.

3. Serve dip with breadsticks.
